Dr. Chaudhry is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Advanced Dental Care in Falls Church, VA. He is a General Dentist known for his skill in diagnosing dental issues and his expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Chaudhry is dedicated to examining, diagnosing, and treating oral diseases, and he has been providing high-quality preventive and oral health care for over 20 years. He values integrity and respect, believing these qualities build trust and confidence with his patients.
Born and raised in Pakistan, Dr. Chaudhry earned his dental degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. In 2000, he completed a one-year residency in Oral Implantology at Howard University. Dr. Chaudhry has been in private practice since 1992, and he has expanded his practice to include several other locations across Northern Virginia, all of which share his commitment to excellent dental care.
Dr. Chaudhry is committed to a patient-focused approach, ensuring each person feels respected and valued. When he is not in the clinic, he is actively involved in local and national charities and serves on the board of a non-profit free health clinic in Virginia. Dr. Sana Chaudhry, DDS, is a highly respected board-certified dentist with eight years of experience practicing in Northern Virginia. She embarked on her academic journey at George Washington University, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in science, majoring in biology, in 2008. Driven by her passion for dentistry, she pursued a Dental Hygiene degree at Howard University and subsequently earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the same institution in 2015. To further refine her skills and knowledge, Dr. Sana completed a General Practice Residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Sana is renowned for her ability to evaluate and treat patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and high-quality care. Shehzad’s journey in dental hygiene began with his pursuit of an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Tallahassee Community College, which he completed in 2007. His academic foundation in dental hygiene has been instrumental in shaping his approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of preventive measures and patient education.
Since joining Advanced Dental Care, Shehzad has been dedicated to performing a wide range of hygiene care procedures, including scaling and root planing and conducting oral cancer screenings. His certification in local anesthesia administration allows him to enhance patient comfort during treatments.
Shehzad is passionate about educating his patients on proper home care practices, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to maintain optimal oral health between visits. Cynthia’s journey in dentistry began at the age of 17 when she initially aimed to become a dental assistant. However, her interest shifted towards administrative work as she delved into dental insurance, procedure codes, and treatment planning. Her passion for problem-solving and working in the claims department allowed her to gain invaluable insights into insurance coverage, helping patients reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Cynthia’s love for interacting with people and her enjoyment of conversations with patients further solidified her commitment to administrative roles within the dental field.
In her current role as Office Manager, Cynthia appreciates the variety of responsibilities that keep her engaged and motivated. Dr. Yamaguchi

D.D.S.
Dr. Yamaguchi was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from Nihon University School of Dentistry, Tokyo, in 2008. Dr. Yamaguchi practiced for 4 years as a general dentist after completing her one 1 year General Practice Residency (GPR).
In 2012, she was accepted to the post-graduate endodontics program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, receiving her Certificate of Endodontics in June, 2015. There, Dr. Yamaguchi published in the Journal of Endodontics, refined her surgery skills and taught several undergraduate classes in the School of Dentistry as well as Continuing Education courses in Microsurgery.
Dr. Yamaguchi is a board eligible endodontist, a member of American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and was a presenter at the annual AAE meeting in Seattle, WA in 2015.
Dr. Yamaguchi worked as a clinical faculty at University of Maryland School of Dentistry and engaged to education for both undergraduate dental student and Endodontics postgraduate resident, as well as working as an endodontist at the private practice in Northern Virginia.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, driving, hiking and playing the cello.
